Xtalks Life Sciences United, also known as XLSU, is operated by Honeycomb Worldwide Inc., the company behind Xtalks. This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect through XLSU, how we use it and how you can contact us about your information.

XLSU is a global alliance designed to support and showcase life science organizations, including associations, societies, foundations, research networks, universities, patient advocacy groups and other member-based organizations. At this stage, we primarily collect limited information from organization representatives who choose to participate in XLSU, submit information about their organization or sign up for XLSU-related updates.

We will not intentionally publish your personal contact details as part of a public XLSU organization profile unless you have provided those details for that purpose or approved their use.

6. What Happens If You Do Not Provide Your Information

You can browse XLSU pages without submitting a participation form or signing up for updates.

If you do not provide the information requested in an XLSU form, we may not be able to review your organization for participation, contact you about XLSU or include your organization in XLSU-related opportunities.

7. Email Communications and Unsubscribing

If you sign up for XLSU updates or participate in XLSU, you may receive emails about XLSU, Xtalks community initiatives, life science content, collaboration opportunities, events and related updates.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].

We may use a third-party email service provider, such as ActiveCampaign, to manage and send these communications.

8. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited personal information with service providers that help us operate XLSU and Xtalks, including providers that support:
